Biographical Information: HETTY IVY MUSTARD, born 16th May 1926 at St Leonards, Forteath Avenue, Elgin, Morayshire, Scotland. Deputy director of physical education at the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Scotland (1949-80). From 1981 to 1990, together with her youngest sister Muriel Vera Mustard (see 1.1.3.1.1.2.2.4.4. below), ran a small tea-room and gift shop called The Mustard Pot in Killin, Stirlingshire (formerly Perthshire), Scotland, during the Summer months. Retired (1994) and living (2010) in Killin in the Summer months and in Fairmilehead, Edinburgh, the rest of the year. Unmarried.
