Biographical Information: KATHRYN JOAN MILLER, born 6th May 1954 at Cooma, New South Wales. Graduated B.A. Asian studies from Australian National University (A.N.U.), Canberra, A.C.T. Previously worked with the secretariat of U.N.E.S.C.O. and (1990) partner with her husband in an interior decorating business. Living (1991) in MacArthur, Canberra, and (2009) in Lyons, A.C.T. Married (11th July 1975) David Wesley Marsh, son of William Marsh and Jacqueline Saunders of Canberra, and was divorced (she reverting to her maiden surname (Miller)), having three children:-
