Biographical Information: ANNE (ANN) PURVIS, baptised 25th February 1784 at Ford, Northumberland, England. Was visiting (c.1817) at Waukmill, Charlestown, Fife, Scotland, when Alexander Purvis (see 1.1.3.6. below), 1st of Kinaldy, was also there. Married a Mr Gray of Berwickshire, Scotland, having no issue.
