Biographical Information: NANCY HEWITT BRUCE, born 16th January 1948 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York. Graduated B.A. (Education/Drama), AAS Ornamental Horticulture. Co-Founder (1971) of Foot's Barn Theatre, Trewidland, near Liskeard, Cornwall, England. Worked for 12 years at UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles, California. “A Flower Child of the 1960s and 70s” and still (2010) an alternative lifestyle advocate. Living (2010) in Hollywood, Los Angeles. Married (24th January (? 7th March) 1970 in London, England), as his 1st wife (he married 2nd (2005) Gail Kirpichnikov, having no further children), Hon. Oliver Isaac Foot (born 19th September 1946 in Kingston, Jamaica, died 6th February 2008 in St Thomas's Hospital, London, England, buried at Grace Community Church, Morval, Cornwall) of Duloe, Cornwall, actor, educated at the Royal Agrticultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England, and Goddard College, Plainfield, Vermont, he attended a drama studio in Ealing, London, and (1971), with his wife and a group of friends, set up the Foot's Barn (? Footsbarn) Theatre Company in a barn at Trewidland; in the mid 1970s he became a very committed born-again Christian while staying at the L'Abri Fellowship, Greatham, Liss, Hampshire, England, which caused him great inner turmoil as he struggled with addiction, but also caused him to become an active member of Grace Community Church, Morval; long a supporter and driving force of Orbis International, New York City, the flying eye hospital credited with curing millions in developing countries of blindness, being Chief Executive (1982-87) and President (1987-95 and 2004 until his death (2008)); in proud recognition of his Jamaican birthplace he was Vice President Public Affairs for Air Jamaica and the Sandals Resorts in Jamaica (1996-2004) and founder (1998) of Jamaica Blue, a chain of coffee shops marketing Jamaican Blue Mountains coffee and other products in London (see obituaries in The Independent newspaper, London, of 9th February 2008, The Guardian newspaper, London, of 12th February 2008 and The Times newspaper, London, of 14th February 2008); son of Hugh Mackintosh Foot (Baron Caradon) (born 8th October 1907, married 26th March 1936, died 5th September 1990), British Military Administrator of Cyrenaica, Libya (1943), Colonial Secretary of Cyprus (1943-45), Colonial Secretary of Jamaica (1945-47), Chief Secretary of Nigeria (1947-50), Captain General and Governor in Chief of Jamaica (1951-57), last Governor of Cyprus (1957-60), British Ambassador to the United Nations Trusteeship Council (1961), Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and British Ambassador to the United Nations (1964-70), during which time he was a prime drafter of U.N. Security Council Resolution 242 (November 1967) concerning the Israel/Palestine structure following the 1967 war, created (1964) a Life Peer as Baron Caradon of St Cleer in the County of Cornwall, living at Trematon Castle, Saltash, Cornwall, and of Florence Sylvia (? Sylvia Florence) Tod (died 1985), and was divorced (1975), having two children:-
