Officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve, Vice President of Bishop National Bank, Honolulu. He married 1st (192?) Geraldine ….., and was divorced (1927), having one daughter:- ROBERT McBRYDE PURVIS married 2nd (1930), as her 1st husband (she married 2nd (c.1986/87), as his 4th wife, Malcolm MacNaughton (born 9th March 1910, died 30th December 1992), a life-time supporter of the Honolulu Symphony Orchestra and avid golfer, having no children), Thyrza Louise Hunkin (Bim) (born 23rd April 1906, died 3rd November 2008 aged 102, ashes scattered on the reef off Diamond Head, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii), living (1997) at Diamond Head, and (2003) in Honolulu, having two further daughters:-
