Biographical Information: FRANK CHARLES ROBERT ROMER YOUNGHUSBAND, born 6th February 1894, died 11th November 1973. He was originally named Robert Romer Younghusband but this was altered after his father's death (May 1894). Commander Royal Navy. Served in World War I (Mentioned in Despatches twice) retiring (1931) as Lieutenant, but was recalled to serve in World War II (1939-45). Living (1950) at Oakhill Lodge, Isle of Man, and subsequently at Grove House, Bromsberrow Heath, near Ledbury, Herefordshire, England. Married (31st December 1919 in the Church of Our Lady and St Michael's, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales) Rita Violet Mary Pauling (Violet) (born 1897, died 1964), daughter of Henry Pauling, Llanforst House, Monmouthshire, having four children:-
