Biographical Information: JOSEPH JEREMY GUNNING (JOE), born 26th May 1946 at Horton House, Horton, Northamptonshire, England. Farming (1997) grain and cattle at Peace River, Alberta, on the 800 acre farm purchased in 1976 from his father plus 320 adjacent acres which he bought subsequently. Also runs a gas furnace installation business (1997). Living (2009) at Peace River. Married (20th April 1968 at Peace River) June Irene Smith (born 28th June 1949, died 29th May 2009 in a motor car accident), senior supervisor of the telephone system at Peace River, daughter of Harold Smith (born 3rd July 1915 in Divide, Saskatchewan, died 19??) and ….. Noble (born 14th June 1919 in Inverness, Invernessshire, Scotland, died 1968), whose family came from Ayrshire, Scotland, having three daughters:-
